Outreach is a word used to summarize everything we do to help God’s kingdom become a reality here on earth. The purpose of the Outreach and Evangelism Ministry is to reach those who are outside the walls of our Church with the message and the love of Jesus Christ. The Church does this through service projects, partnership with our community in town events, children’s ministry events, back to school bash’s, vacation bible schools, fall festivals, food pantry ministry, and compassionate ministries. All these areas help meet the many different needs of individual families in our community.

Outreach is more than a word; it is a way of life as Christians. Outreach is more than a collection of service projects and events. Jesus told his followers to go out and make disciples of all nations in Matthew 28:19-20. I believe he was speaking to us today as well. Everything we do as a church is about transforming lives. Our Outreach and Evangelism Ministries are not set on doing one thing but rather a growing compassion and drive to meet the needs of our community and communicate to them the saving message of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
